GermsAway® GA16 Upper Air Sterilizer protect room occupants from infection due to flu and airborne microbes, particularly in crowded or poorly ventilated areas, and in situations where the risk of cross-infection is high.

GA16 Upper Air Sterilizer is designed to generate a controlled UVC field above the heads of occupants and to minimize UVC in the lower, occupied area of the room thus is safe for use whether it is occupied or unoccupied.

Upper-air UVC is very effective in areas with no or minimal ventilation but ventilation patterns (natural and mechanical) should promote good air mixing in the space equipped with UVC so that infectious microorganisms encounter the UVC zone and are inactivated.
